Seeking Conviviality - Evaluation and Commentary
This report from the European Solidarity Group for Re-forming Community Diakonia in Europe enables readers to gain an evaluated overview of the work done in by the group in the run-up to the reformation anniversary.
It contains several articles by group members on the theme of Seeking Conviviality, including theological reflections and reflections on the experience of group members and an article on ‘conviviality’ as a core concept for diakonia.
As well as the text of an input to the most recent workshop of the Solidarity Group, on the theme of migration there is also text about Luther’s approach to dealing with poverty, which was a growing phenomenon also in his time.
